RETURN POLICY
We hope that you love all of your purchases from Nineteen & North Boutique! In the event that a return may be needed, your return will be eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. All returns must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order. Anything returned after 10 days of receiving your order is no longer eligible for a return.
Items must be in perfect condition, unworn, with tags attached in order to be eligible for a return.
Items purchased at a discount of 25% or more, or items in the SALE collection, are ineligible for a return.
The following items are INELIGIBLE for a return: bodysuits, activewear and accessories.
ALL RETURNS WILL BE ASSESSED AND REQUIRE APPROVAL BEFORE ISSUING STORE CREDIT.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns. Shipping options are FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item(s) is damaged when you receive it, you must report within two days.
Please email info@ninteenandnorthboutique.com with photos of the damaged item within two days of receiving your order.
